diet xleh dirancang...



Dah kol 1 lebey...mate ngantuk sgt tapi taknak tdo... taktau ngapa... pdahal mama dah pesan suh bgn awal esok.. suh jahit manik baju dia....erm.. insyaALLAH esok bgn la tu... harini temanye ialah makan...ya ALLAH... asal la besar sgt nafsu makan saya ni.... tadik lunch nasi beriani+yong taufu(kongsi 3org) kat greentown mall.. pastu mlm lak g pasar mlm ngan mama... semua mende saye nak... rasenye mmg taknak kuar la dr pasar mlm tu...masuk je psr mlm...mate saye terus menangkap smeua kedai kat c2... mcm bersinar2 mate ni... jiwa mcm meronta2... wah.. indahnya feel tu... jatuh cinta pon tak feel camni kot... eheh...first skali beli air kelapa singgit... then nampak sate... beli... then nampak popiah ss ali... tingin lagik... beli...then beli laksam lak..(laksam ni mmg dlm planning la)...pastu lak.....beli rojak buah n cucur denderam.... wah.. sedapnya... balik umah terus melantak laksam n rojak n popia(sebijik je ok)...satay tunggu makan ngan ayah after ayah balik masjid kang... erm....n saya rasa berat saye akan naik semula melebihi 45kg lepas ni... huhu.. tidak... skang pon jarum penimbang dah menunjukkan 43-44kg.... hehee... saye tgk cermin... pipi saye pon dah makin melebar... waaa..... fatin... kate nak diet... nak kurus.... tapi ngape susah sgt...saye dah plan dah nak kuruskan bdn..... tapi diet mmg xleh dirancang kan??
tapi ngape dulu time saye kecewa sgt2 tu tgk nasik pon xlalu... dr pagi sampai petang tak menjamah pape pon leh je tahan....tu la berat sampai turun 41.5kg dr 47kg....asal time tu saye ckit pon takde nafsu tgk makanan... kdg2 rasa nak makan sesuap nasik ja...wat syarat ja yg saye makan.... senang je berdiet time tu....nak masukkan sesuap nasik pon rase payah sgt2... wah seksenye time tu... tapi yg bestnye leh diet.. hehe... skang ni rancang nak diet tapi jgn arapla... haha... balang tart nenas dah bertapak dlm bilik ni.... cornflakes dah licin... erm... perasaan mengunyah tart nenas tu mcm susah la nak dikatakan... indah gile... hahahaha.....tadik saye ckp kat kwn saye... mlm semalam saye dah diet tak makan mlm.. so mlm ni saye mkn la byk2... haha... then d doctor said: tak bgs la mcm tu fatin... hahaha.. pe tah lagik dia kata.... tak leh la sat2 makan.. sat2 tak makan... n end up... saye dpt mende ni...

My tricks for dieting without dieting:



- Add foods to your diet, rather than taking them away. Set a goal to eat five servings of fresh, raw vegetables and drink a gallon of water each day. This made me healthier in general (prettier skin and hair!) and also filled me up, so that when I went to eat favorite foods like bread and chocolate, I'd choose a smaller portion.



- Start each day with a bowl of raw, leafy greens (spinach, mustard, arugula, or kale) dressed with soy sauce and lemon.



- Try not to eat too many foods with preservatives in them, especially gums and thickeners.

To simply lose weight, and this really does work, drink as much water as you can. i know it might sound like everybody is saying it but it really does work! The extra water in your intestines helps digest your food, and flushes out your system! Try drinking a tall glass of water after dinner and eating to help. .

ok.... saye wat la pe yg dia kata... saya makan in small portion je ok..kalo g kedai selalu mintak nasik separuh je..(selalu ke.. kdg2 la...hehe). walaupon byk2 jenis.. hehe...
contohnye saye hanye makan sebijik popiah tu(walaupon popiah tu beso)...n yong tau fu tu saye share ngan mama ayah...hhehe.. rojak buah n laksam pon share ngan mama.. sharing is caring...
END UP... Saye kene juga diet ckit2 utk kesihatan saye sendirik.....

AND ALSO I FOUND THESE DIET TIPS..
Buy a digital scale- (Ala... ada yg manual punya ja kat umah ni)
Weigh yourself everyday- (Almost everyday kot...)
Drink 8 glasses of water everyday -(rase cam belum cukup je... air ais byk la)
Make your diet public- (i did ok... i wrote bout dis in my blog..hehe)
Don’t diet on the weekends -(I did it.. haha... mmg tak diet sebab abg2 selalu balik)
Don’t sacrifice your life for your diet -(did I??...yes i did....kalo dh ngidam makan ja)
Make the small changes -(I did it...kdg2 xmkn mlm... i mean xmkn nasik la..aha..)
Gain perspective by understanding the fractions-(i think i did it)
Rationalize your workouts- (Of course la kan.... i went shopping atleast once a week... kire mcm workout la gak kan??rational kan??)
Have a red flag weight-(i pick 41kg...ok kot???)

papepon.. bukan berdiet nak kurus je kan... untuk kesihatan sendirik jugak... makan byk sayur-sayuran.. secara jujurnya saye sgt suka makan sayur skang... kdg2 tgk sayur terliur gile....

nite everyone... i mean mornin... moge esok ari saye akan makin gembira menjalani kehidupan ni....lenyapkanlah segala titik2 hitam dlm hati ini ya ALLAH....saya masih lagik mencari kekuatan itu....moge ALLAH akan beri saye yg lebih baik lepas ni.. amin amin... saye percaye dgn janji ALLAH....
